If Fatu makes your coffee, your coffee will be wrong. I order a large with cream and 1 sugar EVERY DAY and when she makes my coffee I get: A large with no cream and sugar A large with 1 cream and 1 sugar A large with cream and no sugar A large with cream and too much sugar It's infuriating to go to a place every day, knowing you aren't going to enjoy your coffee at least half of the time.

I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts but will not be returning to this location. I used to go to this DD once a week with my grandma as a child, prolly as long ago as 10+ years but when I entered there yesterday it didn't even look like the same place!. It was very dirty, under staffed and they didn't even have a menu board! Garbage was strunned about the place and what should have been an easy task of ordering turned out to be a 10 minute affair between 2 young clerks. I am hoping they are in the midst of a remolding job since it is in such an ideal location (across the street from the Green line) but I will be taking my business to the DD located on Madison St next time.

The staff and the service is horrible. You would be better off eating a doughnut and coffee from the trash, but it might be there because someone thew it away from this place. Void at all cost!!!!!

If you love yourself some action come to this location especially after hours meaning 7pm you'll see some free entertainment. Hookers being picked up and drugaddicts trying to use the restroom and bums that are pahandling. You gotta love this dunkins foreal. Its the riftraft from the train. Other than that service is good and they just laugh at what's going on. The coffees good and donuts are somewhat fresh.

They recently remotely this location and it is brighter, and a much more efficient design. The staff here are always super friendly, and you get delicious donuts. There isn't much more you can ask for. I don't drink coffee, but when I come with friends who do they never complain of any mistakes in how their cup is prepared. The parking lot can be tricky, being right off harlem, so I suggest using the circle ave entrance by the CVS. But parking is free and plentiful, and donuts are delicious. Bagels too.

This is a good dunkin donuts to go to if you want slow service and the cashier to give you the wrong change back. When I went back to tell them not only did they not give me the money back, they wouldn't even give me a free cup of stale coffee. I will never go to this location again.

Surprised at all the medicore reviews from this place because it is consistently bustling with customers and one could easily get their morning breakfast/coffee fix at starbucks or the nearby caribou. Now I love a good donut and this place delivers them warm and fresh in the morning. My favorites happen to be the maple glazed and the jelly. I bought a dozen to share with the people I work with and I ended up eating six of them at once. They're THAT good! Luckily for me I don't have to pay $3 for a good donut although glazed and infused is pretty incomparable to here. Coffee is standard and the service was good.

They just recently did a complete renovation of this location and ever since every square inch of the store has been consistently sticky... The staff is disorganized but very friendly. Good baristas who never disappoint on the coffee however.

Was a little drab for what looked like a new store design. Not enough tables and the place was crowded! Coffee was great as always and the donuts tasted fresher than at most places. Overall, a decent DND.

Good coffee, cheap price :D love me some DDs because it's fast, cheap and good for the buck. The people are usually friendly when I go get my coffee. I spend less than $7 dollars every time I decide to buy breakfast, which is way cheaper than Starbucks. Their coffee never tastes burnt or old. I think their coffee is one of the few I just need cream and no sugar.
